Account Deletion - Holymp

You can request permanent deletion of your Holymp account and associated data in two ways.

1) Recommended Method (In-App)

1. Open Holymp.
2. Go to Settings > General > Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the request.

2) Alternative Method (Email)

If you cannot access the app, send a request to:

privacy@holymp.app

Recommended subject: Holymp account deletion request

In the message, include:

• email used for registration;
• any profile name;
• explicit request to delete the account and associated data.

3) What Is Deleted

• Account and profile data.
• Workout, nutrition, and weight data associated with the account.
• Health Connect data imported or used by the app and associated with the account.
• Attachments and user content associated with the account.

For accounts blocked because age verification was not passed, the deletion request can be made through the same email channel indicated above.

4) Exceptions

Some data may be retained only if required by legal obligations or for defense of rights in legal proceedings, for the strictly necessary time.

Some technical backup copies may persist for a limited period until overwritten, in accordance with the service security policies.

Note: account deletion deletes or anonymizes data on Holymp’s side according to the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically cancel active subscriptions, payments, refund requests, or purchase history managed by Google Play or other stores. To manage renewals, cancellations, disputes, or refunds, use the tools provided by the relevant store.
